A fun and friendly workout with Megan, where we focus on legs, bum and core.  The session changes each week  but we use a mixture of body weight and free weights exercise to challenge, tone and burn calories.  

Suitable for all levels of fitness - you are more than welcome to come and do everything body weight or equally with a heavy barbell.  Low and high impact options always available.

Bring a towel and water bottle.
