Circuit training with the family!

Circuit training is a series of exercises that involve little rest between repetitions. You repeat the circuits of exercises multiple times. The exercises may include cardiovascular, free weights, resistance bands to body weight.  Under 16yrs will be limited to smaller weights.

Ages 12 years+

All levels of fitness are welcome, bring a bottle of water and a towel
